  • Both sides acrylic coated (water based coating)
  • Excellent aroma barrier
  • Printable on both sides
  • Outstanding optical properties
  • Excellent hot tack and seal strength
  • Suitable for cold seal
  • Designed for use on HFFS, VFFS and Overwrap machines
  • Seal Initiation Temperature 90°c
  • Stable C.O.F. slip property (non migratory slip agent)
  • Ability to seal against PVdC

 

 

Acrylic and PVdC Coated

  • Available in 26 and 32mu
  • Acrylic one side (external), PVdC (internal)
  • Excellent water vapour, oxygen and aroma barrier
  • Humidity, grease and alcohol resistant
  • Outstanding optical properties
  • Suitable for VFFS and HFFS packaging applications
  • Excellent seal strength
  • Stable C.O.F. slip property (non migratory slip agent)

 

 

Acrylic Low Temperature Seal (LTS)

  • Available in 25 and 30mu
  • Acrylic (external), low temperature sealing layer (internal)
  • Wide sealing range (70°c seal initiation temperature)
  • LTS layer will only seal to itself
  • For use on HFFS machines
  • Good aroma barrier properties
  • Outstanding optical properties
  • Suitable for print reception on Acrylic side

 

 

PVdC Low Temperature Seal (LTS)

  • Available in 26mu and 32mu
  • PVdC (external), low temperature sealing layer (internal)
  • Wide sealing range (70°c seal initiation temperature)
  • LTS layer will only seal to itself
  • For use on HFFS machines
  • Excellent water vapour, oxygen and aroma barrier
